Back at Capitol Bar & Grill, the story continues. A four-course menu, led by the day’s hero ingredient. Seasonal, considered, and quietly indulgent, finishing with a truffle infused Tiramisu because, really, why stop there? Local produce, handled with intent, and served without fuss.
