The 2024 Ravensworth Charlie‑Foxtrot Gamay Noir is bright, bold and unapologetically stylish. Locally sourced a few hours from Canberra in Tumbarumba, this wine is best served and enjoyed chilled. Very fruity and wildly vibrant, it bursts with cranberry, raspberry and wild strawberry thanks to extended time in Italian concrete and a patient 15‑month maturation. Layered, lifted and just a touch rebellious, it finishes with a savoury mountain‑herb flourish for intrigue.

Serve it cold and everything glows, the fruit pops louder, the tannins soften into silk, and suddenly it’s the kind of wine you can match with absolutely anything, long lunches, late nights, and everything delicious in between. We recommend it with a range of our dishes, wood-fire steaks and fish.
