Christmas Day is calling for something extra this year.

We’re throwing a feast worth cancelling your usual Christmas lunch plans for.

At Capitol Bar & Grill, we’re turning up the festive flavour with a lavish Christmas lunch buffet curated by Executive Chef Josh Smith-Thirkell. Expect Capitol favourites dressed for the season, alongside indulgent highlights including Queensland prawns, Sydney rock oysters, honey-smoked salmon and slow-roasted sirloin steaks.

The star of the table? Roast turkey with all the trimmings, just as Christmas intended. The finale? A dessert table piled high with festive favourites. Plush pavlova and zesty lemon tarts, just to name a few. We’ll also be pouring the wine, because it is Christmas after all.

Stretchy pants encouraged. Second helpings are expected.
