At Capitol Bar & Grill, we’re turning up the festive flavour with a lavish lunch buffet curated by Executive Chef Josh Smith-Thirkell. Expect Capitol favourites, and seasonal twists with Queensland prawns, Sydney rock oysters, honey-smoked salmon, slow-roasted sirloin steaks, and the hero of the table — roast turkey with all the trimmings. And yes, there’s pavlova. A vanilla cream showstopper, no less.
